ETEY is the right opportunity to get the necessary knowledge and skills to become a real trainer.

ETEY is a project coordinated by TEJO and co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, its main goal is to create the first generation of TEJO-trainers. The partner countries are Denmark, Germany, Italy, Spain and Poland.

The project consists of a large training program to provide the participants with all skills and tools they might need during their TEJO-trainers careers. The objective is to give the basis of knowledge, experience and working methodology. The program was developed during two events and online working sessions between the two main events.

The training’s program is large because our goal is ambicious, participants indeed are learning a profession. The days are exciting and intense, people learn the most, work together and share experiences.
For participants we provide a training toolbox where we collect all usefull materials and tools.
